Marcellus Wiley Domestic Abuse Charges "Not Filed"

ORLANDO, FL -- Former NFL player and sportscaster Marcellus Wiley will not face criminal charges following his July arrest after his estranged wife, Annemarie Wiley, a former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast member, accused him of domestic battery. She told deputies Wiley poked her in the face, threatened to kill her and made her fear for her safety. Wiley denied any physical altercation, and investigators reported no visible injuries or direct witnesses. Prosecutors ultimately declined to file charges, citing insufficient corroborating evidence.

The case comes amid broader allegations against Wiley. Annemarie has accused him in divorce proceedings of years of physical and sexual abuse, allegations he denies. Separately, seven women have accused Wiley of sexual assault in claims dating from the 1990s through 2009; Wiley has denied those allegations as well.
