DECATUR, GA -- According to a new $1.2 million lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Tenisha Warner is suing Malcolm Jamal-Warner's mother, Pamela Warner, who now serves as trustee of the Warner Family Trust he set up in 1996.
Warner drowned last July in Costa Rica while on vacation. He was 54.
On Monday, the anniversary of Warner’s death, Tenisha Warner, filed a lawsuit in DeKalb County Superior Court against his mother, Pamela Warner, who is the successor trustee.
In an Instagram post, Tenisha revealed the couple married in 2017 and have a daughter.

An actor, director and musician, Malcolm Jamal-Warner played middle child Theo Huxtable on the smash NBC hit The Cosby Show (1984-92), making him a television star in an era when massive audiences sat down to watch the same show at the same time.
