Baltimore quarterback Lamar Jackson is the NFL's top rated passer

BALTIMORE, MD — Jordan Love, Dak Prescott , Geno Smith, Lamar Jackson, Kyler Murray, Jalen Hurts and Michael Penix Jr. were all winners in Week 2 of the NFL season. African-American quarterbacks went 7-9 overall, but four of those losses came in head-to-head matchups. Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jakson was the league's highest rated passer.
